Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy
At Hiraya Wellness Retreat, we prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our guests, staff, and the content of our programs.
As such, we require all guests to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon approval of their retreat reservation prior to the processing of their payment and upon arrival at the venue.
This policy is in accordance with international best practices and applicable laws.

1. Purpose: The purpose of the NDA is to protect the privacy and confidentiality of all retreat attendees, including any public personalities or high-profile individuals, as well as the proprietary information related to our retreat programs, methods, and techniques.

2. Scope: The Non-Disclosure Policy will cover all information disclosed during the retreat, including but not limited to: the identities of other attendees, personal stories or experiences shared by attendees, the content of workshops and sessions, proprietary methods and techniques used in the retreat, and any other information deemed confidential by Hiraya Wellness Retreat.

3. Obligations: By signing the Non-Disclosure Policy, guests agree to hold all confidential information in strict confidence, not to disclose or share any such information with third parties, and not to use the confidential information for any purpose other than their own personal growth and development. Guests also agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure or use of the confidential information.

4. Breach of Agreement: In the event of a breach or threatened breach of the Non-Disclosure Policy, Hiraya Wellness Retreat reserves the right to take legal action to protect its interests, including seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and/or any other remedies available under applicable law.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country Philippines. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation.
