Right to Refusal of Service Policy
At Hiraya Wellness Retreat, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our guests, staff, and the overall retreat experience.
In order to maintain our high standards, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who, in our sole discretion, may pose a risk to themselves or others, is deemed not suitable for our program, or does not meet our specific requirements.
This policy is in accordance with international best practices and applicable laws.

1. Medical Conditions: We may refuse service to individuals with certain medical conditions or a history of health issues that may put them or others at risk during our retreats. Guests are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions or history at the time of booking, and we reserve the right to request additional information, test results or documentation if necessary.

2. Suitability for the Program: Hiraya Wellness Retreat is designed to provide a transformative mental wellness experience. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who we believe, in our sole discretion, are not suitable for our program based on their specific needs, preferences, or other factors. We may request additional information or conduct assessments to determine an individual's suitability for our program.
3. ​Discretionary Refusal of Service: In certain situations, we may refuse service at our sole discretion, even if an individual meets the basic eligibility requirements for our program. Examples of such situations include, but are not limited to, behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or otherwise detrimental to the retreat experience, failure to provide accurate or complete information during the booking process, or any other circumstances that, in our sole judgment, warrant refusal of service.
4. Refund and Rebooking: In the event that we exercise our right to refuse service, we will provide a full or partial refund at our discretion, taking into consideration the specific circumstances and any costs incurred by Hiraya Wellness Retreat. Rebooking may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and our standard rebooking policy.
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country Philippines. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation or mediation before resorting to litigation.
